Want to book a studio for your session?
If you’d like your session to take place in a rented studio, an additional fee will apply to cover the studio rental cost.
The exact cost will vary depending on the studio chosen and can be discussed during booking.
Want a location outside of Kitchener-Waterloo?
Sessions include travel within 20-30 km of Kitchener-Waterloo.
For locations beyond this radius, a mileage fee of $0.50 per km will apply.
Cancellation Policy
Clients must notify me at least 48 hours before their session to reschedule or cancel. A session can be rescheduled once without losing the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Payment Plan
Packages are split into 3 equal payments. A 35% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session date. The remaining balance is split into two 35% payments, with the final payment due on the day before the session. Payments can be made via e-transfer.
Delivery + Copyrights
Edited high-resolution images will be delivered via a private online gallery within 2 weeks of your session. 3-4 weeks for elopement packages. Clients receive full printing rights for personal use. Commercial usage of the images must be discussed separately.
