Yes! Studio sessions are available for families who prefer a beautiful indoor setting or a more timeless, controlled environment.

Studio sessions can be added to any package. The studio rental fee is added separately at cost and will vary depending on the studio selected. I’m happy to help you choose a space that fits your vision and create a seamless experience from start to finish.

Sessions within Elora, Fergus, Guelph, Kitchener-Waterloo, and surrounding areas are included with no additional travel fee.

For locations outside of my standard service area, a travel fee may apply. Travel fees help cover additional time and mileage required to reach your chosen location.

If you have a specific location in mind, feel free to reach out and I’d be happy to confirm availability and any applicable fees.

I recommend booking your session as early as possible to ensure availability, especially for newborn sessions.

For maternity sessions, many families choose to book during the second or early third trimester, typically around 28–34 weeks.

For newborn sessions, I recommend reaching out during your pregnancy. I’ll reserve your due date on my calendar, and once your baby arrives, we’ll adjust your session date based on when your little one is born. Newborn sessions are typically best captured within the first few weeks after birth, but I believe every baby and family is unique, so we’ll choose a time that feels right for you.

For family and milestone sessions, booking 4–6 weeks in advance is recommended, especially during busy seasons like fall.

Yes! I believe preserving your family’s memories should feel exciting—not stressful. That’s why I offer flexible, interest-free payment plans for all sessions and collections.

A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date, and the remaining balance can be split into manageable payments leading up to your session. If you’d like to set up a custom payment schedule, just let me know—I’m happy to work with you to find an option that fits your family’s budget.

Life happens, especially with little ones! If you or someone in your family is feeling unwell, please let me know as soon as possible. I’m always happy to reschedule your session to ensure everyone is healthy and comfortable.

Your non-refundable retainer reserves your session date and is therefore non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule, your retainer can be transferred to a new date within 6 months, subject to availability.

If I need to reschedule due to severe weather, illness, or an unexpected emergency, your retainer will be transferred to a new date at no additional cost.

Please note that cancellations without rescheduling or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the retainer.

The most important thing is that you feel comfortable. I recommend choosing outfits that reflect your family’s style while keeping the focus on connection and the moments we’re capturing together.

Soft, neutral tones, textures, and coordinating colours tend to photograph beautifully and create a timeless look. I recommend avoiding large logos, bold patterns, or anything that feels uncomfortable or distracting.

Before your session, I’ll provide styling guidance and help with outfit ideas so you feel confident and prepared. My goal is for your photos to feel natural, authentic, and true to your family.

Yes! I love sharing a few sneak peeks whenever possible so you have a little glimpse into your session while you wait for your full gallery.

Sneak peeks are typically shared within 1 week of your session and are selected at my discretion. While I do my best to share them, sneak peeks are not guaranteed and do not replace your full gallery delivery.

Your gallery will be delivered within 3–4 weeks of your session date. Once your images are ready, you’ll receive a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your photos with family and friends.

Yes! Every session includes a personal print release, allowing you to print and share your images for personal use. You’re welcome to print your photos wherever you’d like, and your online gallery makes it easy to download your high-resolution images.

Absolutely! I love when families share their images. When sharing online, I kindly ask that you tag Jess Robyn Photography so I can celebrate these memories with you.

Please do not apply filters, edit, or alter the images in any way, as they are delivered with my completed artistic editing.

As the photographer, I retain the copyright to the images I create. This allows me to protect my original artwork and continue using my images for my portfolio, website, and marketing (unless you request otherwise).

Your session includes a personal print release, which gives you permission to download, print, and share your images for personal use. This means you can enjoy your photos without needing to purchase additional files or ask for permission to print.
